Abstract
Ta’lim jarayonida stress o‘quvchilarning akademik muvaffaqiyatiga va o‘qituvchilarning pedagogik faoliyatiga sezilarli darajada ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan omillardan biridir. Ushbu maqolada stress tushunchasi, uning ta’lim muhitida namoyon bo‘lishi, asosiy sabablari va psixologik hamda pedagogik jihatlari ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, stressni kamaytirish bo‘yicha samarali strategiyalar va tavsiyalar, jumladan, psixologik muvozanatni saqlash, stressga chidamlilikni oshirish, ta’lim muassasalarida qo‘llaniladigan innovatsion metodlar va texnologiyalar muhokama qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari ta’lim sifati va samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan muhim ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
