Abstract
Atsetofenon va atsetilen ishtirokida atsetilen dioli 2,5-difenil-3-geksin-2,5-diol sintez qilindi. Jarayon dietil efir erituvchisi, katalizator KOH, yuqori bosimda olib borildi. Qaynash harorati 244 °C (10 mm.simob.ust) 2,5-difenil-3-geksin-2,5-diol ajratib olindi. Uning tuzilishi PMR va -IQ-spektrida aniqlandi. Sintez qilingan 2,5-difenil-3-geksin-2,5-diolni biologik faolligi o‘rganildi. 2,5-difenil-3-geksin-2,5-diolni metall korroziyasini ingibirlovchi xossaga ega ekanligi aniqlandi. Sinov natijalari asosida o‘rganilgan preparatlardan 2,5-difenil-3-geksin-2,5-diol nisbatan effektiv ingibitor ekanligi ko‘rsatildi. Yaratilgan ingibitorlar metall konstruktsiyalari va qurilmalarini korroziyasini oldini olishga va ekspluatattsion xossalarini yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi.
