Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda va xorijiy mamlakatda ishlab chiqarilgan sut va sut mahsulotlarini qalbakilashtirish uchun qo‘shiladigan   melamin moddasining miqdor jihatdan yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (ВЭЖХ) yordamida tadqiq etish va savdo rastalaridagi sut va sut mahsulotlarini xavfsizligini nazorat qiish va O‘zbekiston Respublikasida hududida amaldagi me’yoriy hujjat talablariga muvofiqligi tahlil qilingan.
