Abstract
Ushbu maqolada emotsional intellektning (EI) talabalarning o‘quv motivatsiyasi shakllanishiga ta’siri psixologik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi.
Talabaning o‘z his-tuyg‘ularini tushunishi, boshqarishi va o‘zgalar bilan samarali munosabatlar o‘rnatishi uning akademik muvaffaqiyatiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillardan biri hisoblanadi.
Bundan tashqari maqolada, emotsional intellektning talabalarda o‘quv motivatsiyasi shakllanishiga ta’sirining psixologik xususiyatlari o’rganilibgina qolmay chuqur tahlil qilingan desak, ayni muddao boladi.
