Abstract
Ushbu maqolada raqamli texnologiyalarning inson psixologiyasiga ta’siri tahlilqilinadi. Ijtimoiy tarmoqlar va internetdan ortiqcha foydalanish shaxs rivojlanishiga qanday ta’sir qilishi hamda bu muammoni hal etish bo‘yicha zamonaviy psixologik yondashuvlar o‘rganiladi.
