Abstract
Ushbu maqolada yosh pedagoglarning kasbiy o‘zligini anglashga ta’sir etuvchi psixologik omillar bayon etigan bo‘lib, unda jahon olimlarining fikrlari, ilmiy izlanishlari keltirilgan. Shuningdek pedagoglarning kasbiy o‘zligini anglashga ta’sir etuvchi ijtimoiy-psixologik determinantlar, xususan nafaqat bilim, balki tajriba, qobilyat, e’tiqod va qadriyatlar ham bayon etilgan. Kasbiy o‘zlikni anglash jarayoni yosh pedagoglarda shaxsiyati bilan birga kasbiy etika, standartlar va amaliyotlar integratsiyalashuvi natijasida vujudga keladi. Jamiyat pedagog kasbiga qo‘yadigan talablar asosida yillar davomida shakllanadi.
