Abstract
This article examines sea basins as routes used by drug gangs to transport drugs, as well as various ways to move such drugs and psychoactive substances by sea vessels. Simplification of customs procedures when transporting goods by sea, large accumulations of goods, accelerated loading and unloading procedures make control less strict, which attracts and activates organized crime in seaports. The activities of law enforcement agencies of foreign countries at checkpoints on the land border are also reviewed.
