Abstract
This academic article provides a comprehensive overview of the legal regulation of harassment across various countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Australia, Israel, India, Philippines, Argentina, and Georgia. It examines the evolution of laws, definitions of harassment, penalties for violations, and the responsibilities of employers and individuals. The analysis highlights the diverse approaches to combating harassment globally, reflecting each country's cultural and societal context.
