Abstract
В статье рассматривается необходимость внедрения системы обязательного медицинского страхования (ОМС) в Узбекистане для модернизации здравоохранения и повышения уровня жизни. Исследование обосновывает создание национальной модели ОМС, которая обеспечит устойчивое финансирование, доступность медицинских услуг и эффективное распределение ресурсов, учитывая особенности страны. Отмечаются исторические и институциональные вызовы, предлагается учесть международный опыт, разработать базовый пакет льгот и улучшить инфраструктуру. Особое внимание уделено роли государственно-частного партнерства в повышении качества услуг.
